2. Order Approval Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all artwork, specifications, quantities, and details before production begins. Once approval is given, JNS Packaging is not responsible for errors including, but not limited to:

• Spelling or design errors

• Incorrect sizing submitted by the customer

• Color variations caused by print material or ink absorption

3. Defective or Incorrect Orders

Refunds or reprints may be considered only if the product is defective or produced incorrectly due to an error on our part.

To be eligible for review:

• You must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order

• You must provide clear photos and a description of the issue

• The product must remain unused

Approved claims may result in a reprint or store credit, at our discretion. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Color & Material Variations

Due to the nature of printing on paper products, slight variations in color, opacity, and coverage may occur between print runs. These variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.

5. Shipping Issues

JNS Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a carrier claim.

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
